Main Planning Conference for Exercise CAPABLE LOGISTICIANS 2027 Held in Lithuania

From 12 to 17 April 2026, the Main Planning Conference (MPC) combined with the Initial Movement Planning Conference (IMovPC) for Exercise CAPABLE LOGISTICIANS 2027 (CL27) was conducted in Vilnius, Lithuania. The event was organized by the Multinational Logistics Coordination Centre (MLCC) with Lithuania acting as the Host Nation.

The conference represented a key step in the development of CL27, focusing on detailed exercise planning, coordination of Host Nation Support, establishment of exercise units, and movement planning, including reconnaissance of designated training areas. Participants also discussed interoperability, logistics capabilities, and future cooperation within multinational logistics structures.

The event brought together representatives from 23 participating nations, 14 military organizations, and 17 civilian companies, creating a comprehensive platform for cooperation between military and civil stakeholders. This broad participation underlined the importance of multinational and civil-military coordination in modern logistics operations.

The outcomes of the conference significantly contributed to the further refinement of the exercise framework and confirmed the strong commitment of all participants to the successful preparation and execution of Exercise CAPABLE LOGISTICIANS 2027.
