The Exercise Specification Conference (ESC) in support of development of the exercise CAPABLE LOGISTICIAN 2027 (CL27) was organized by the Multinational Logistics Coordination Centre with Lithuania as a Host Nation on 27 – 31 May 2024 in Vilnius, Lithuania. The aim of the CL27 ESC was to introduce possible set up of exercise, coordinate and agree the aim of CL27, exercise objectives as well as to start coordination among all national and organizational representatives. 65 representatives from 21 nations and 10 organizations took part at the event.
